I have 9 years of experience in the job market in various positions and in various industry sectors with the main emphasis on trade, work with clients and management of a small group of colleagues from the hotel and gastronomy sector. Work in the HoReCa sector in Poland and abroad has given me the opportunity to develop and test my abilities in dealing with Polish and English speaking clients. I offer a very good knowledge of English which during my years in Iceland, I had the opportunity to test and polish in speech and writing. As a former employee of the hotel sector, I strive to work with the client for mutual understanding and satisfaction, and to endure long-term cooperation. While working as a Service desk analyst I also gained experience in quickly finding information in databases, on the Internet and using programs compatible with the Windows system. These skills have been very useful for later work. One of my main career goals is continuous development and acquiring new qualifications.Personal profile: I have extensive interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to plan and organize my own work. I am characterized by high personal culture and a strong sense of duty. I have the ability to think analytically, and in my actions I am highly effective, consistent and focused on the goal. I put a lot of effort into building and maintaining relationships with people, thanks to which I perfectly recognize the needs of my colleagues and clients.
