CPM Central Control Room & MineStar Control Room / Sino Iron Ore Project Western Australia：○ Carried out plant monitoring & control by SCADA Systems, adjusting control strategies based on the real-time grade results from Lab reports and the ore supply properties from mine-to-mill reports on Power BI.○ Preparing daily reports for meetings, which includes Daily Production Report, Metallurgical Accounting Report, Grade Prediction, Pebble Crusher status and so on. Analysing shift data, including grade, particle size, grinding media addition, ore supply characteristics and breakdown records, on Ampla, and generate shift report.○ Making ramp-up and ramp-down plans based on the maintenance Gantt table. Making timeline reports for any breakdown and delayed ramp-up or ramp-down process.○ Collecting, calculating and analysing plant equipment data via SCADA and PI database, and drawing technical reports as well.○ Technical inspection for plant equipment like Primary crushers, AG mills, Screens, magnetic separators, elutriation columns and so on. Has experience on inspecting vibration screens during production breakdown. Excel on adjusting control panel parameters of elutriation columns to complete various tests.○ Enhanced the ability to coordinate with different departments and contractors to sort out equipment breakdown issues.

CPM Laboratory/ Sino Iron Ore Project Western Australia：○ Conducting metallurgical test work and offering technical assistance to laboratory staff and technicians.○ Recording, analysing, modelling and reporting plant performance data to processing engineers.○ Participated in the Optimisation of the parameters of primary magnetic separators (tested on counter-current, semi-counter-current, and concurrent magnetic separators) to meet the production requirement.○ Participated in the West Pit core samples analysis (both grindability and beneficiation tests for 3817 core samples). Using Voxler to create a 3D drill-hole model of all core samples, and offering the technical report by analysing the ore characteristics vary at different depths (benches) and orientations. ○ Assisted process engineers to trace, analysing, and report the trend of ore blending factors records with the production data to optimise ore supply strategy.○ Participated in the 3rd magnetic separators upgrade project, which transitioned the wet magnet drums to elutriation columns. Collecting test data and creating statistical models to optimise the efficiency of elutriation columns.
