Routine QC of manufactured Labon Chips for PCR and Hybridisation, reagents for PCR and Hybridisation. Purchasing of consumables and reagents for QC lab use. Preparation of reagents for routine QC work. Revision and edition of existing Lab protocols and Work Instructions.Scheduling of lab equipment maintenance.

Acid fast bacilli culture and smear preparation, MRSA isolation and identification, Vancomycin resistant Enterococcus isolation and identification, Carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriaceae isolation and identification, MALDI-TOF, Enteric pathogens isolation and identification from stool samples, parasites identification.

Sample processing, Viral DNA extraction, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.

Job responsibilities are front line sample processing, Hepatitis B viral DNA extraction, reagents preparation and equipment maintenance.
