• Prepare necessary Approval papers/Powerpoint slides, including Marco and Micro analysis, property location, property overview and preliminary retail plan, property current condition analysis, deal structures for investment briefing to senior management.• Prepare and review financial analysis on impact of specific decisions or developments. Formulate professional view from Investment Manager angle and assist with decision-making by Management.• Work with local IAM to prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, annual or ad-hoc updates for Investors or Directors, take responsibility for accuracy of figures / appropriateness of messaging / formatting in updates, presentations and papers.• Updates on lease renewal progress (by area, by FMR), highlight negative gaps between actual revenue and Budget revenue, identify areas to plug revenue gaps, identify weaknesses in occupancies: by level, by areas within level, by trades.• Determine cause of problem: inappropriate rental vs market, unsuitable tenants, sub-optimal layout of mall, leasing personnel problem.• Work with local IAM/CM to crystallize corrective actions.• Work with local IAMs to formulate annual Asset Plan and present Annual Budget (including capex) for approval.• Analyse the performance and potential upside of the assets, prepare fruitful presentation slides for investment committee meetings
