Sr.System Analyst
1. I am one of the core members in group IT support team in providing daily support to MyRetail system users in Malaysia, Fiji and PnG. Later group IT support has been extended to Lourdes clinical and hospital system in Malaysia. 2. Working closely with business analyst and business users in resolving daily issues. The daily activities are feasibility case study, problem root cause investigation, risk/impact analysis, preparation of test environment, investigate for problem simulation, project timeline estimation, Front end system and back end database optimization, documentation for reported issues, investigation and release notes. 3. Research on new concept and methodology, review the existing business workflow and re-engineering the existing systems, materialize the new architect from time to time. ie successfully exchanging huge core data and daily transaction data among HQ office and retail outlets by deploy effective OOP objects and enhanced SQL scripts, re factoring and simplify the old code base into OO classes that result in better manageable code, bringing significant improvements to the system in terms of processing speed and resource management. 4. I also playing significant role in succeeding system implementation locally and abroad. The skills involve are project planning, risk management, scope study, documentation, database migration and scripting for deployment.5. Migrating the inefficient applications to better, efficient, simpler business application that users like to use with in Delphi and SQL database.
