Summary: Joined in the startup of Contech China office, in charge of sales and project management. Work scope includes product technology, sales & marketing and project management, from technical presentations and documents to engineered solutions, from products selection to sales negotiations and contract execution, from project management to site installation support. Successfully completed 8 wind farms in Xinjiang and Ningxia, total contract value about 100 million RMB. To exceed customer expectation and set up good cooperation relationship with project owners, supervisors and general contractors etc.  Customers include China Guodian, Huadian, Longyuan, Guohua, CECEP, China Power Investment Corporation and private companies. We provide full set of wind foundation products for a new US foundation design. I was responsible for project management and site support of all 7 projects, as well technical documents and contract payment.  Wind Projects in Xinjiang is also wind foundation project with our full set of products. The project changed three construction companies. I gave all of them serious technical guidance and finally ensure project quality.Training：2012 in US headquarter, product technology training and factory visit for one week.

Summary: Responsible for new product development and project management of land rigs, from design, scope of work, fabrication & quality, to delivery and site installation. Working together with engineering, commercial, purchase, fabrication, quality and logistics departments from US and Canada, successfully delivered 12 fleets of Drake Rig, 2 fleets of KDC rigs & 3 fleets of Dalma Energy Rigs for Middle East and 5 fleets of Philippine EDC rigs update. Drake rig is brand new product line with patents, designed by Shanghai engineering center, built in Lanzhou joint-venture and assembled in US, the most advanced quick move land rig. Leverage resources from China, US and Canada, supervise process from design, fabrication, to installation and commissioning in US Texas customer yard for 6 months. Successfully delivered 12 fleets to US largest drilling contractor Patterson and the Drake rig showed on OTC in 2011. KDC rigs are designed by Canada and converted into production in Lanzhou. Dalma rigs are designed by Shanghai and built in Lanzhou, which can move mast and sub respectively in one piece with high efficiency. My task is to focus on production control, fulfilled factory acceptance test and achieved customer satisfaction. High pressure piping on offshore derricks, successfully delivered 8 projects under strict quality requirements and tight schedule and 2 more projects in South Korea. I was in vendor factory and supervised manufacture, consolidated supplier relationships and meet project target. EDC rigs upgrade, 5 rigs need update from traditional mechanical rigs to advanced electrical rigs. Lead team to conduct rig survey and solution design, finish construction design and conduct fabrication in Philippines.
