- Design and implement Vista's localisation strategies, and provide localisation guidance and consultancy services to individuals, teams, and third parties working with translatable elements of Vista software- Establish and maintain the standards, processes, and guidelines used to translate Vista help text and documentation in a cost-effective.

- Translate software UI text and user documentation into Chinese- Maintain a Chinese style guide and Chinese terminology - Deliver training on localisation issues and feature highlights to overseas office in China

- Design lesson plans, tests and exam paper- Teach level 1 Chinese course, with office hour for after-hour tutoring - Grade exam papers and record scores into the University system

- Translate medical reports - Assess and process medical claims- Liaise with clients and medical providers to facilitate the claim process - Monitor and update active files

- Teach translation courses: English-Chinese translation strategies, technical translation, subtitle translation- Teach spoken English: cultural differences between China and the Western world, English pronunciation, and communication skills
