Business Analyst
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated Power BI modules for POS (Point of Sale), SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) analytics, enabling efficient data visualization.
- Leverage Power BI, Excel, and Python to analyze extensive datasets comprising over 10 million rows. Conduct basket analysis, customer journey modeling, and product coverage analysis, providing insights to facilitate.
- Utilize Customer Segmentation analysis across diverse departments (marketing, sales, product development, and customer service) to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Mentor GCA/APAC analytics team, providing guidance in report creation and module sharing.
