Identified the opportunity for, drove and developed the service arm of the business which was tasked with servicing clients creative, strategic and tactical campaign outcomes.As head of professional services I lead a team of direct reports who delivered design, campaign and client services. The role's core deliverables included client briefings, providing strategic and tactical advice based on client objectives, stakeholder and expectation management, forecasting, project management, analytical insights development and creative services oversight and leadership.Working in partnership with the company's mainly blue-chip clients we produced outcome oriented solutions which delivered and often exceeded campaign objectives and targets.

BlueFreeway was a global provider of digital marketing software and marketing consulting services.Working within the email-marketing division, I managed and helped deliver a broad range of services and deployment specific objectives for a large client base. My client portfolio spanned a diverse industry range including, finance, insurance, FMCG, and entertainment.Core deliverables and responsibilities: platform solutions concept and delivery, project management, campaign management, internal stakeholder management, pre and post campaign analytical reporting delivery, strategic integration and tactical deployment ideation.
