As the Managing Director of Global Media and Ticketing at the USGA, I oversee the organization's media (broadcast and digital) business, as well as the strategy, revenue generation, and operations for the U.S. Open and other ticketed championships.My core competencies include product management, emerging technology, strategic planning, fan engagement, and revenue generation. I am responsible for the design, development, and live execution of the championship digital product portfolio, as well as the on-site fan technology. I also create new opportunities and manage existing integration of corporate partners. Additionally, I develop gaming, wagering, and eSports strategies, and ensure valuable integration of corporate partners into products and features. My mission is to deliver world-class broadcast, digital and ticketing experiences to millions of fans around the world, while driving innovation and new business opportunities for the USGA.
