At Yottaa, I served as a subject matter expert to assist sales in troubleshooting questions or issues with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo and Ambition. I helped manage and implement sales tool updates and assist with communicating and training the sales team on new features and best practices to increase productivity. I also assisted with managing internal processes to ensure the health of the data is reliable for accurate reporting. Within Salesforce I developed and maintained reports, folders and accounts to improve system usability. I focused on making sure tools were being leveraged to increase sales efficiency. In addition I supported ad-hoc daily operational tasks for the Sales and Marketing teams as they arise.

Empow Studios is a small local business that heads after school programs and summer camps related to STEM throughout Massachusetts. This has given me the opportunity to explore various aspects of digital marketing by improving SEO practices and tactics. I assist with maintaining the company website through implementing updates and ensuring ease ease of use. I also conduct market research on potential new customers and market competition.
