Completely transformed the division from a production house into a digital marketing agency. Began in business development, establishing a market presence; promoted to creative director and eventually vice president/managing director of the entire division. Brought focus and discipline as a former client to actively manage and lead a team of designers.

Responsible for supporting sales efforts across all product lines – retail, commercial, small business, mortgage, and investment. Managed a $5MM marketing budget directing various agencies – creative and brand strategies, media buying/planning. Set the vision and led the team to revolutionize the design and functionality of the Bank’s retail merchandising.

Helped establish the brand leading up to and including the maiden voyage of the Disney Magic. Worked in partnership with Disney alliance partners to achieve synergy as an extension of other Disney brands. Selected to serve with the elite event services division to coordinate and execute the press event for the 25th Anniversary Celebration of Walt Disney.
