Corporate Officer Westpac
Current- Ensure customer interactions and service processing is of a high quality and in accordance with service level agreement.
- Ensure all team processes and controls documented in team procedures and process maps adhered to at all times.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer needs are matched to Westpac’s capabilities.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure key service deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contract creation and settlement functions for WIB Asset Finance transactions and PPSA registrations whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Get use of Automation Bots (robotics) and experience into business process automation of contract creation and settlement. WIB Payment Systems transactions.
