- As the head of Marketing marketing at ShopBack TW, I was responsible for developing marketing strategies to drive awareness and acquire new users. During my tenure, the user base of ShopBack TW grew by 160% compared to the previous year.- Responsible for the marketing campaign creation and execution, including the annual Taiwan endorser campaign in May 2022, which included arranging TV and outdoor ads, running online digital ads, and TV program placements. The campaign successfully attracted over 70,000 new members in a single month, setting a new monthly record for ShopBack in a single market.- Led the marketing team in content marketing efforts to familiarize users with ShopBack. Each month, collaborated with over 100 YouTubers to create videos, generating over 20 million views. In addition, the team also achieved notable exposure on the podcast programs.- Managed the social media team to optimize the social channels for user growth.

- As the head of TVBS Digital Business Department, managed a division of over 100 people. Responsible for the company’s digital development strategy and resource integration to further expand the influence of TVBS digital content, and the team to exceed the targeted traffic of 130% and revenue goal of 140%.- Led the digital content production of TV programs, including Super Taste (食尚玩家), Queen (女人我最大), and Health 2.0 (健康2.0). Through the operation of various content channels and social platforms, integrating different teams such as websites, apps, TV programs, artist agents, social media, and e-commerce to create the most comprehensive content ecosystem in Taiwan’s media industry.- In charge of TVBS digital product strategy, boosted the development of the official website, apps, and other digital products to further build a data-driven team culture.- Worked with the sales team to integrate TV and digital content to maximize revenue. Increased website traffic, improved programmatic advertising revenue, operated e-commerce, and developed new business models, successfully achieving annual revenue targets and growing digital revenue by over 56% YoY.- Supervised the digital marketing team to build the company's digital brand image and maximize the publicity effects through the Group's TV network media resources, social media operations, display network advertising, and cross-media strategic cooperation.

- As the head of LINE TODAY Taiwan, I was responsible for driving LINE TODAY into Taiwan's largest news online platform, collaborating with more than 600 content partners and reaching out to over 18 million unique users per month.- Worked closely with the sales team on advertising optimization, PMP collaboration, and sales strategy. As a result, our annual sales revenue exceeded our target for two consecutive years.- Led the content and editorial team in developing key sales campaigns. Examples include the Golden Melody Awards, Golden Horse Awards, Golden Bell Awards, WBSC Premier 12, the NBA Playoffs, Christmasland in New Taipei City, and Chinese New Year Special Edition.- Established the LINE TODAY Video team in November 2019 with the mission of generating original content and video shows. As of today, we have accumulated over 50 million streams across all our video content.- Collaborated closely with both Korean and Japanese teams in developing AI and algorithms for personalized content recommendation.- Led the editorial team in managing four LINE TODAY official accounts, with a total of over 15 million active followers.

- Oversaw the official website and mobile application for V-Air, covering the company’s online sales and marketing campaigns, which in total contribute 80% of the company’s annual revenue.- Collaborated with over 15 OTAs (online travel agencies) on platform integration to launch various marketing campaigns and promotions.- Collaborated with IT to implement a third-party customer management system to improve customer management efficiency and enhance retargeting and other marketing capabilities.- Managed all online advertising strategies with the goal of bringing in new potential customers and increasing website overall traffic and daily active users.- Strategic alliances with different industries to enhance brand awareness and industry influence.

- In charge of Yahoo Sports Taiwan, the most important sports portal in the country with over 3 million daily page views.- Responsible for the coverage of the 2008 and 2012 Olympics, the 2013 World Baseball Classic, and both the 2010 and 2014 World Cup.- In charge of Yahoo Green between 2010 and 2012 by managing its contents and operating the Earth Day project for 3 consecutive years; ultimately Yahoo Green became a critical sales campaign in all following years.- Managed the Yahoo 3C between 2010 and 2013 – assisted with its two website overhauls and maintained partnerships with over 50 media outlets and various contributors, drastically increased its content reach and resulted in a fan base of over 300,000 followers.
