The investment include casting unit, X-ray machine, heat treatment line, fluorescent insepection unit, melting furnace, alloy unit and 1 CT-scan unit. All process parameter and inspection result could be traced and record, a full diagnostic report is able to submitted in 15 minutes when product ID code provided. All process equipment connected by automated transportation system and code identification system. By this method, casting kuckle could be running in highly automated mode and all production related information could be traced&optimized. The plant becomes the best operation unit in either efficiency or profitability.

- Upgrade existing components level fatigue testing facility to capable of system level performance testing centre, include K&C, accoustic, road data collection & edit, brake heat recession, etc.- Define corporate/plant level testing & inspection responsibility, align & optimize related resource- Managing aluminum business unit
