Having been involved in all facets of the business, I am experienced in activities from the ground up due to the exposure I have received in developing, implementing and maintaining SLA's, network infrastructure, database architectures, and product methodologies. The contract was working as a Business Analyst with the Enterprise Performance Management department, developing and automating Business and Process specific KPI's and measures, and facilitating the development of mission critical dashboards and scorecards. These initiatives were accomplished by conducting interviews with the business and technical owners of the Value Driver Trees and liaising with the database division of Eskom, while developing the measure tree definitions and dashboard design documents. Auditing and alignment of the definitions and reporting dimensions with the appropriate internal and customer facing reporting mediums (Integrated Report, Shareholder Compact, and the Corporate Plan) was also successfully accomplished, implementing a "One version of the truth" philosophy within the company.Multiple internally supported software technologies were technically and developmentally assessed for delivery of the Value Driver Tree solution, including Xcelsius, SAS, SAP Helix, and ARIS Mashzone. This effort, along with the development of the EPM documentation processes, lead to the implementation and realisation of EPM measure definitions, trees, process control manuals, and auditing and analysing of the KPI integrity and subsequent validation.

This opportunity involved 3rd Party network implementation and support, and focused on the core networking requirements for running a business efficiently. I was involved in sourcing new business, as well as implementing and supporting the infrastructures that were created.The technologies used were DNS, DHCP, ADS, SMTP, IIS, RIS, SSL, VPN, Exchange, SQL Server, LAN/WAN implementations, backup and restoration procedures, redundancy availability, all focusing specifically around the Microsoft framework.

Exchange administration, Cisco router and 3Com switch configurations, as well as batch scripting of VMS print queues.
