As a dedicated professional, I have successfully overseen the American Indian Measures of Success (AIMS) annual collection process at the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC). My role involves managing the data collection cycle as well as the comprehensive redesign of the AIMS collection instrument and submission process. Additionally, I respond to and fulfill both external and internal data requests, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.I take pride in representing AIHEC and its interests at externally organized conferences and events. As the Evaluations and Data Manager at JUF, I was tasked with being the community facing point of contact for the organization, conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis for large data sets (data sets with n>16,000 and over 140 variables), as well as producing summarizing data visuals for these data sets.

Following my volunteer time at Diversity Awareness Partnership (DAP), I was hired on as program evaluation consultant. In this position, I am asked to analyze data and based on that data create evaluations for each of DAP's programs. I am also currently developing a new survey to better facilitate in data collection which will be empirically tested and validated for future use.

Following my time volunteering with the Biome school, I transitioned to a paid position and was under contract to assess student progress certain socio-emotional learning goals. Working with two other Saint Louis University professors, we have developed assessment plan and I am currently directing the development, coordination, and implementation of the assessment administration teams as well as being responsible for coordinating, executing, and maintaining the assessment schedule.
