Trades and Communications Surveillance

Responsible for the timely and accurate valuation of Listed, OTC Bilateral and OTC Cleared Derivatives, as well as pricing of alternative investment products, impacting key lines of business including fund services, pension reporting, insurance reporting, custody reporting and all value added services

Supervised risk and credit analysts team in monitoring and analyzing Questrade’s risk and exposure to market volatility in real time by reviewing trading activity and following up with clients as necessary. Developed adequate controls and take preventive action in order to ensure clients do not take outsized speculative positions and ensure client account equity does not fall into negative balance.
