My extensive experience in the business world ranges from retail banking and non-profit industry to Healthcare. I've worked in all aspects of retail banking before transitioning to training and development. I was a training manager for two major financial institutions where my focus was on increasing sales, improving customer relationships and change management. I've delivered a variety of exceptional training programs including Sales training, Customer Service skills, Telephone Skills, Product Knowledge and Communications Skills. My current position as Implementation/Training Specialist for The Studer Group gives me a unique understanding of the need for partnering, collaboration and excellent networking skills in today’s workplace. I joined Studer Group in 2010 and have been an annual Studer Group Pillar Award winner 2011 through 2018.My current focus is on software implementation support - ensuring implementation runs smoothly for all Studer Group partner organizations as well as Management by Strengths temperament training - enhancing team building and employee engagement skills. I have a keen understanding of communication at its most effective and provide mentoring and coaching to Studer Group teams.I graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelors degree in Business Communications and and I am two- time past President of American Society for Training and Development, Pensacola Chapter. I have 2 sons and remain active in several Pensacola community organizations including Impact 100 and The Escambia Early Learning Coalition.
