Senior Geophysical Consultant for the Brazil New Ventures Team.* Responsible for interpretation of all input horizons for mega-regional basin model using multiple vintages of 2D and 3D time and depth data. Basin model was used for identifying “sweet spots” for Brazil Bid rounds.* Lead interpreter for ANP 14th Round, conventional acreage, in the southern Santos Basin. All open acreage was screened for prospectivity and risk profiles were generated. * Matured the Bumerange pre-salt prospect in the Santos Basin pre-salt in preparation for the ANP 6th Pre-Salt Bid Round. Also evaluated ultra-deep water pre-salt acreage in the Santos for prospectivity. * Mentored junior geoscience staff.

*Geophysical lead for Brazil Exploration and New Ventures opportunities.*Assets in the Santos Basin as well as the Equatorial Margin of Brazil.*Directly responsible for 2 recent significant discoveries (including 2nd largest Latin America discovery in 2015) in a new play type in the Santos Basin.*Led efforts that directly resulted in the implementation of Decision Space Geosciences as the corporate geoscience computing platform.

* BM-C-34 Asset lead.*Key player involved with $2.4 billion acquistion of SK do Brazil, giving Maersk a solid position in 2 significant pre-salt discoveries (Itaipu, Wahoo) and a producing field (Polvo).*Responsible for prospect generation and maturation and deal screening, especially in the pre-salt of both the Campos and Santos Basins of Brazil. *Regional mapping of both pre-salt and post-salt intervals.*Key player in pre-salt play fairway analysis.

Key player in development of Devon's pre-salt play strategy in Brazil. Responsible for prospect generation and maturation in the frontier deepwater South China Sea and the pre-salt of both the Campos and Santos Basins of Brazil. Key contributor in the International Division with specific knowledge of basin analysis and expertise in petroleum systems. Actively involved in play-prospect definition and appraisal and probabilistic estimation of reserve potential.*Key driver and technical project leader in the development of Devon's pre-salt play concept and strategy in Brazil. Resulted in the generation and maturation of a pre-salt oil prospect in the BM-C-32 concession. The prospect (Itaipu) was a major discovery in late 2009. *Lead geoscientist for Devon's deepwater 64/18 and 53/30 concessions in the Qiongdongnan Basin in the South China Sea. Identified a new play concept that resulted in the generation and maturation of a multi-TCF prospect.

Responsible for prospect generation and maturation in South Texas, Louisiana Gulf Coast, and Sacramento Basin in California through seismic interpretation, seismic attribute analysis, and integration of geologic and engineering data. Also responsible for overseeing seismic data processing, screening deals, and establishing and fostering close partner relationships.*Generated and recommended a prospect in the Sacramento Basin. Resulted in a successful well in 2004 with estimated 40+ BCF of gas recoverable reserves and the establishment of a new thrust-fault trap play in the region.*Drilled 5 for 5 successful wells in the Greggwood/Arroyo Los Olmos Field in Starr County, TX in 2005 adding 20+ BCF of recoverable reserves in the over-pressured Yegua formation.*Conducted major integrated field study of the Greggwood/Arroyo Los Olmos Field, including the use of advanced AVO techniques to identify reservoir characteristics. Led to the addition of 22 drillable locations in the over-pressured Yegua trend with estimated recoverable reserves of 1 to 4 BCF per well.*Identified a major new play in the Queen City and Wilcox trend of Starr County, TX, with reserves potential of greater than 100 BCF. Competitors in the area drilled 2 new discoveries in 2005, proving up the concept.

Integral member of a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities included seismic interpretation and visualization, seismic attribute analysis and modeling which was integrated with geologic and engineering data. The primary focus was to generate development well and workover recommendations. Also responsible for prospect generation and maturation of exploration opportunities.*Project manager and lead interpreter of pilot 4C seismic project in Eugene Island 266 Field from project inception through implementation. Was directly involved with the design, acquisition, processing, and interpretation of the data. Resulted in the approval of 3 wells with an estimated 20 BCF of recoverable gas reserves.*Conducted major field study of the South Marsh Island 138 Field Complex as part of a multidisciplinary team. Resulted in an additional 3.6 million barrels of oil equivalent and an associated reduction of field DD & A from more than $15 to $7 per barrel.

Active member of the Geophysical and Geological unit. Responsibilities included conducting extensive analyses and evaluations of subsurface structural and stratigraphic traps involving the application of geological, geophysical, and engineering data to estimate the fair market value of both shelf and deep water tracts offered in Gulf of Mexico Outer Continental Shelf lease sales.*Received an On the Spot Award for applying geological and geophysical expertise to provide high quality fair market value determinations of bid tracts on both the shelf and deep water Gulf of Mexico.*Devised a time to depth conversion method using Geoquest Basemap Plus and IESX software. Resulted in more accurate and geologically sound evaluations of subsalt prospects

Asset Team Geoscientist- Results-oriented member of a cross-functional team consisting of geoscientists and engineers. Responsibilities included drilling and workover recommendations, reservoir analysis, formation evaluation, geologic mapping based on integrated evaluation of 3D seismic, well log data, and production history.*Achieved new field production rate record by recommending workovers and identifying bypassed low resistivity pay in the West Delta 109 Field. Recipient of Texaco's Outstanding Contributor Award based on the success of the workover program.*Conducted major field study of the West Delta 109 Field as a member of cross-functional team. Resulted in over 100% reserves replacement, an efficient field depletion plan, and management approval of a 5 well drilling program.*Generated and successfully recommended a shallow gas prospect in the West Delta 108/109 area. Resulted in 3 successful wells with 14+ BCF of gas produced from 2 pay sands.*Identified previously overlooked low resistivity pay in the West Delta 109 Field using formation evaluation techniques including log and side wall core analysis. Led to the addition of more than 1 MMBO reserves and increased production of 900 barrels of oil per day.
