IDeaS, a SAS Company, enables global organizations such as hotel, travel and transportation companies to understand, anticipate and react to consumer behavior in order to optimize revenue and profits. As a Technical Project Manager I work with the team that supports data center environments from development through and including production. This mainly involves planning the team’s work using agile methodologies, communication throughout the organization and ensuring all support tickets are tasked and completed by the team. For the bi-annual software upgrades for one of IDeaS's product lines, I design, implement and manage the rollout schedule and all communications.

Anderson Performance Improvement provides incentive and recognition programs and management that produce results that are on time, on target and on budget. This position manages the client relationship from program design to launch to program close. A large aspect of the job responsibilities includes monitoring client activity, performing analysis and providing feedback to the client on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Based on the analysis and client needs, I worked with the client to develop system requirements for enhancements and program changes. I followed the project through to completion as the liaison between IT and the client and perform UAT for the implementation.

As part of the Dow Jones Client Solutions team, previously CBS MarketWatch, I managed commercial relationships in the financial industry for the assigned territory including site implementations, contract up-sells and renewals. I maintained a 90% annual retention rate for the assigned territory all three years. The second and extremely important aspect to this position was supporting the Business Development Manager in the pre-sales process with requirements gathering and documentation for all engagements. Finally, I maintained responsibility for the Search401k and Search529 Websites which included client relationships, product enhancements and maintenance.

AgMotion Technologies is committed to developing, deploying and utilizing leading edge, proprietary technology that adds significant and demonstrable enterprise value. In this roll, I managed clients in all aspects of business from pre-sale analysis, implementations, support and up-sells. The largest aspect of this roll was representing the needs for the clients to the technology team. Additional job duties included requirement gathering and documentation for enhancement and new system features, managing revenue billing for all clients and designing customized training aides and materials.

PlanAnalytics offered tools for the financial advisors to find both 401(k) and 529 plans that met their client needs. In this roll, I managed the client relationship which included designing and implementation of marketing campaigns for fifteen advisor groups and provided monthly and quarterly analysis. I managed the process for data loading 150 data elements and QA. I coordinated all e-marketing strategies; including list generation and segmentation, copy writing and distribution. Additional marketing responsibilities included copy writing for newsletter, launch letters and other client communications. A fun aspect of this position included speaking at conferences and other seminars. A Special project was the designing of the Advisor Resources section for the sites providing sales tools which resulted in a 500% increase in traffic.

Software Consultants, Inc. was a reseller of accounting software for the construction industry (no longer in business). In this roll I conducted classroom and on-site training and was responsible for implementation of software and ongoing client support. I designed training documentation for the software packages.
