As a Housing Management Consultant my work covered a wide spectrum of roles, including being Independent Tenants’ Advisor (advising, supporting and empowering tenants and leaseholders on proposed plans by their landlord to transfer the ownership of their homes to a Housing Association) in Liverpool; Market Harborough; Bracknell Forest; Cambridge; Halton and Plymouth. I have extensive experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service gained from 6 years as an ITA and have used a multitude of methods in order to access the community from door knocking to assisting ‘Bertie the Bear’ at various summer fayres!
