In my role as Client Support Administrator, it is my responsibility to liaise with both our clients and our Independent Financial Advisers to book Financial Review meetings and coordinate valuation, compliance and post review meeting documentation. Using CURO to monitor client information updates and keeping the Directors apprised of task targets.
