As an experienced and qualified tutor my responsibilities involved delivering training to groups of customers through effective use of trainer materials, identifying preferred learning styles and discussing the training interventions available to them. Providing assistance with learning plans and career paths and also ,motivating and engaging with customers throughout delivery ensuring that feedback is received and acted upon. I also deliver CIEH and HSE accredited courses in PTLLS, Food Hygiene and First Aid
