- Evaluate incoming applications, perform financial analysis, determine risk assessment implications, review credit reports and industry, and evaluate equipment for input into credit write-up- Determine appropriate transaction structure and pricing, to ensure compliance with policy and guidelines- Review and communicate decisions on credit transactions with rationale that can be understood and explained to customers- Prepare formal presentations to support lease applications being presented to Credit Risk

- Manage the Credit Operations staff by providing direction, coaching, and counselling. Team consisted of 10 people and 4 different roles- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures by overseeing employee activities- Review and evaluate the legal sufficiency of documentation, including contracts, title documents, lien searches, substantiating CRA and provincial tax, assuring its completeness and accuracy

- Evaluate incoming equipment lease applications, perform financial analysis, assess risk implications credit reports and industry, and evaluate equipment for input into credit write-up- Approve credit within designated limits and recommend credit above limits. Prepare formal presentations to support lease applications being presented to risk specialist and or credit committee approval- Manage delinquent accounts and determine monthly provision requirements

- Manage ongoing enhancements and updates of the leasing operating system- Define project plans and parameters, including design, setup and budget, through consultation and negotiation with appropriate parties- Prepare the annual technology budget

- Personal and small business lending including mortgages, loans and lines of credit- Analyze and evaluate clients’ needs for investments, being GIC’s, Term Deposits or Mutual Funds- Direct clients through the Estate Account process
