•Perform personnel management functions.•Scheduling of caregivers. •Provide staff supervision, coach and develop caregiver performance and competency management, including evaluations. •Coordinate new caregiver training.•Liaison to Patient Accounts, IP and OP clients/customers regarding billing, courier service, and post analytical processes.•Provide expertise for three additional laboratory with in the St.Charles Health System. •Identify and improve processes (billing, phone center, courier,outpatient processes for throughput) for maximum customer satisfaction, consistency, and efficiency.•Address client problems or complaints using in- depth knowledge of all lab processes.•Manage work instructions.•Manage resources to budget.•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements•Manage Laboratory Charge Capture processes (CDM Maintenance, manual charge processes, electronic system failures, etc.)
