Researching, implementation of change using PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) cycles with fidelitySignificant, clinical and managerial (NHS and private sector) experience in healthcare provision.Special interest, Relationship Management through career of working with MDT’s and academic study.Determined to ensure excellent health care provision drawing on commitment, determination and transformational leadership.
