As the Senior Lead Platform Architect, I handle the delivery of content management projects that meet the needs of the enterprise. I am responsible for the planning, delivery, and deployment of technology solutions involving the Documentum and Kofax platforms globally.More specifically, I:• Execute business process improvements by using capture, content management, and workflow tools with specialization in Finance-IT oriented environments• Lead multi-functional teams to deliver high quality requirements and solutions• Have intimate knowledge of the Kofax and Documentum software packages to conceive new and innovative ways to use the tools for the business• Present solution options, risk assessments and benefits in qualitative and quantitative terms to senior leaders to achieve consensus and alignment• Perform project management, budget oversight, and business analysis, and risk mitigation functions• Establish close relationship with various Hilton business and technology teams to work in partnership and collaboration on all solutions• Manage the transition from project to BAU leveraging strong change management strategies and practices
