I was selected to create the IT infrastructure and applications for a global HR service center that would deliver centralized HR functions and consistent HR experiences for 140,000 employees in businesses spread across 100+ countries. I directed a team that streamlined talent recruitment and talent management, improved efficiencies and satisfaction while reducing costs.

I was the chief liaison between North American business leadership and the IT organization which was partially internal and partially outsourced. Additionally, led a team of 300+ IT professionals who provided services encompassing Application Development & Support, Desk side support, Data Center operations, Asset Management and Service Desk.

I led a Business Services team with 120+ IT professionals supporting 10,000+ users in North America. Since SAP was being implemented during this time, I designated a significant part of my team to support the implementation and created a Level 2 Support team to provide assistance to end users in order to reduce reliance on consultants. I also recognized the need to improve business process knowledge in my team so I created a job shadowing program and required Business Analyst training through the IIBA organization.
