My responsibilities include helping employees understand their health insurance options, help them get enrolled with medical, dental, and disability insurance. Ensuring employee deductions for their insurance premiums are deducted properly from their paychecks. I make sure to notify employees in a timely manner that they are eligible for insurance. Monthly audits to ensure all insurance premiums have been taken in the correct amounts and then reimburse or back bill employees if errors are found.

Opening and reconciling cash reports for 40 KFC restaurants each week. Verifying bills and processing accounts payable for the 40 KFC restaurants.

Daily balancing of cash reports, daily check deposits making sure that the totals balance. Balancing of the credit card purchases against the cash reports. Maintaining employee time records and submitting them for payment each week. Making sure new employees fill out all of the necessary new employee paperwork.
