I have always prided myself in following an open door leadership and management which has always achieved excellent results with my staff. So much so that I have managed to take all my previous registered homes and agencies to gain CQC ratings of 'good' in all areas I believe in multi disciplinary working relationships to gain thr best care and support for my residents and my staff.
