My experience covers a massive arrangement of role from Supervisor to Management and my experience in Training and Development means I have a vast knowledge to pass onto others.Working more directly in the provision of private healthcare by managing a home with the support of people whose knowledge and ability to adapt to the ever changing requirements in healthcare provision is paramount.At Firbank House I am currently working in close proximity with staff and outsourced Healthcare Professionals to support the staff in ensuring the provision of excellent and quality care in all aspects of the care of our residents.Partnership Caring have a number of homes that provide;Residential CareRespite CareNursing CareDay Care I have mentored and guided other Managers and Recruitment Consultants and created comprehensive reports to Line Managers, Directors and Board members.Previously when working in retail, I have completed lots of Customer Service courses as well as training in this fieldI have a vast experience of IT and in house web based booking systems and Government requirements for Healthcare provision in the UKI am loyal, determined and hard working with an excellent reputation for ensuring a quality service is provided. I have always prided myself in following an open door leadership and management which has always achieved excellent results with my staff. So much so that I have managed to take all my previous registered homes and agencies to gain CQC ratings of 'good' in all areas I believe in multi disciplinary working relationships to gain thr best care and support for my residents and my staff.
