• To manage SPHomes’s worker's Payroll, accommodation, immigration, MOM, medical claim and etc.
• To administer and renew group companies' migrant worker certificates, PCP, medical benefits, insurance
• Manage all SPHOMES employees via Info-tech HR software such as on board new staffs, attendance, leave management and update employee data.
• Ensure all necessary HR documentation are captured & stored accurately in a timely manner.

• Planning and managing the marketing activities of the entire B2C business development
• Managing social media platforms and creating daily content and graphics
• Understanding the marketplace, and conducting research on market trends and behavior
• Staying ahead of market trends on products, features, and new launches
• Working closely and providing support to the sales team by way of product information, schemes and business support
• Designing, developing and creating effective marketing materials to help drive sales
