• Administer on-boarding and off-boarding programs• Prepare HR related letters such as employment contract, salary increment and promotion letters.• To manage SPHomes’s worker's Payroll, accommodation, immigration, MOM, medical claim and etc.• To administer and renew group companies' migrant worker certificates, PCP, medical benefits, insurance• Manage all SPHOMES employees via Info-tech HR software such as on board new staffs, attendance, leave management and update employee data.• Ensure all necessary HR documentation are captured & stored accurately in a timely manner.• Responsible to administer day to day HR operations to ensure daily processes & operational requests are attended to.• To assist in the organising and administration for learning and development activities and administer the grant applications• Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by the HR HOD.• Organize and lead company event such as CNY, Mid Autumn Festival, Christmas Party, Fruits Day within budget.

• Planning and managing the marketing activities of the entire B2C business development• Managing social media platforms and creating daily content and graphics• Understanding the marketplace, and conducting research on market trends and behavior• Staying ahead of market trends on products, features, and new launches• Working closely and providing support to the sales team by way of product information, schemes and business support• Designing, developing and creating effective marketing materials to help drive sales• Tracking, monitoring and improving marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI• Coordinating with event organisers on events and update event calendar• Assessing promotional activities and preparing weekly marketing advertisement reports
