As COO of HORNE, I led a team responsible for all operational functions of the firm necessary to support client service, including accounting, information technology, marketing, communication and public relations, human resources, learning and development, employee coaching and engagement, facilities, business process and risk management. During my tenure, the firm doubled in size and expanded services into Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I set the strategic priorities for the operational areas of the firm, collaborating to identify, design and deliver solutions that would ultimately support the growth and expansion of the firm all the while managing the related operations, risks and regulations. Our goal was to manage operations, including providing resources to the firm, to ensure that we enhanced the delivery of services to the firm's clients.In addition to managing operations, I had a seat at the table as HORNE built a unique culture of team members fully engaged, to reach their full potential. My team provided the roadmap and support for that cultural change. I served on the Belonging at HORNE steering committee and on the personnel committee in order to promote and support the firm's team members and the evolution of the firm's culture.

The Eversole Group, LLC, a boutique advertising agency, merged on 1/1/2020 with Agora Company to create Agora Eversole LLC.

Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. combined with Jones Walker effective November 4, 2011. I worked with Jones Walker through the transition period until December 31, 2011.As the CFO of Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, I managed all aspects of the firm supporting the practice of law, including accounting, information technology, conflicts of interest function, marketing and business development, recruiting, human resources, facilities, office services and library services. I worked directly with the Board and CEO to set the strategic direction of the firm, including working closely with Jones Walker to negotiate and close the merger.

I started my career at KPMG as an auditor and later moved into consulting. I can't imagine a better foundation for the work that I have done since. I served clients in a variety of industries, including large public companies. I learned about so many industries as an auditor and was able to later take that knowledge and consult with companies about maximizing profits and understanding and managing risk.
