CurrentI support our donors, volunteers, and Alumni in New York to create meaningful engagement within the Greenhouse Scholars programming. Our community equips young leaders from low-income communities to make a difference in the world through professional and financial support. The New York Greenhouse community ensures that people of all backgrounds can live a life of their choosing. I am in an especially unique and privileged position as an Alum of the program. Greenhouse did indeed provide me the tools to create a life of my choosing, not dedicated by my circumstances. I am immensely proud that I get to provide that to up and coming changemakers through the power of community.Impact and Responsibilities:- Fundraise with individual and corporate donors I steward individual engagement with Greenhouse Scholars and leverage networks to expand the Greenhouse Scholars giving and volunteer community while developing custom fundraising and engagement proposals that align with corporate funder’s goals and strategies and result in long-term relationships. - Build New York network of leaders (250+ community members) I volunteered my time to help launch our community in 2021 and joined full time in 2022 to continue expansion. - Recruit high-impact advisory Board Members- Attract and engage 100+ volunteers annually to support local programming and coordinate events that provide a seamless and impactful experience to volunteers.- Plan and execute intimate fundraising events (150+ donors)I also work closely with in-house marketing team on event and fundraising collateral- Collaborate with programming team to develop and execute programs that meet the unique needs of the local communities and 8 Scholars. - Utilize CRM data and dashboards to ensure consistent annual giving from individuals and organizations and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.- Create and manage annual 6 figure budgets
