I have 20 years of software quality analyst experience, at differing analyst levels, utilizing manual and automated testing skills over a variety of operating systems, platforms and programming languages in both Waterfall and Agile development settings. I have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as being a highly detail oriented team player and motivated self-starter. I possess a strong ability to get into a business process and understand it quickly, to understand how the application being tested will be used and to ensure that the usability of the software is in the best interest of the user.
