In my 18 + years of working in the case management sector at WCM, I continue to acquire new skills and experience the joy of working with a team of professionals that practice at the highest standard possible while ensuring our focus is collaborative and continuously client centred.My role at WCM has been progressive and I have a “hands on” approach as Director, much of my work is having an eye for detail, which provides a security to those I work with. As a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) combined with my business skills and experience in this sector, I ensure WCM has grown as a company year upon year.I have a first-rate awareness of the medico-legal process and work closely with solicitors and insurers, forging working relationships built on trust and professionalism that often last many years. I oversee the team gaining an outstanding in all areas with our Care Quality Commission registration.I was jointly responsible for the development of the company’s values which include sustainability, collaboration, compassion, professionalism and quality; and I embrace these wholeheartedly and with integrity. I believe in providing the highest quality, personal, specialist, service to clients, who are at the heart of everything we do at WCM.
