With over 20 years of experience in the footwear industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who excels in sourcing, development, costing, production, and commercialization of footwear products. As the Country Director at Cole Haan, I oversee the entire footwear operation in China, managing vendors across multiple categories, ensuring design integrity, quality standards, and timely delivery, and achieving significant increases in footwear business.
