* Payroll/Benefits Manager for (5) separate entities under the umbrella of Ashbourne Enterprises *1. Lead Payroll and Benefits Processing and Record Maintenance: Oversee payroll processing with Paycor for accuracy and compliance. Maintain records in the General Ledger. Manage employee benefit programs, aligning procedures with payroll operations.2. Ensure Compliance and Reporting Integrity: Uphold compliance with payroll legislation. Generate management reports, facilitate audits, and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.3. Support Employee Relations: Partner with HR throughout the employee lifecycle, addressing inquiries regarding pay, payroll reporting, and benefits. Manage check and direct deposit issuances due to discrepancies or terminations.4. Manage Payroll and Benefits Operations: Oversee HRIS (Paycor) effectiveness. Conduct bi-weekly payroll processing and maintain precise time records. Collaborate with IT for system troubleshooting. Direct benefits processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.5. Execute Strategic Payroll and Benefits Processes: Lead updates to payroll and benefits records, conduct regular reconciliations, and distribute reports to management. Provide support during benefits open enrollment for enhanced employee engagement. Ongoing analysis of benefits and market trends -- providing our executive leadership team with data, and suggestions for both program enhancement and cost reduction.
