My current role is to coach HS teachers in a virtual setting. I also create and deliver both synchronous and asynchronous virtual and in-person training for specific and global professional development needs. Based on observation data and administrative need, I design training curriculum, resources, and processes to enable staff and other related service providers to streamline and improve their practices and processes, utilizing e-learning platforms, and face-to face presentations. I also have the ability and training to fluently interpret and analyze data and testing results. I have a firm understanding of effective, research-based instructional practices for e-learning, behavior management techniques for e-learning, distance relationship building, engagement strategies and ways to effectively implement these practices in the virtual setting. I am able to adapt quickly, take on large projects, organize, self-manage, utilize a detailed and understanding of the law and processes of my field and I understand the requirements for quality and compliant content in general and special education files and paperwork. I have the ability and experience necessary to observe educators and pin-point areas of strength to reinforce, and areas of weakness to further develop. I am also tasked with generating positive team culture and addressing the unique communication needs of administrators, teachers, parents, and students in various environments.
