Initiated and set up a Recruitment Agency as a separate entity to the already existing provision of care to people who are elderly, have acquired brain injury, learning disabilities and other complex needs.After successfully setting the Agency business up I left due to having a baby.

Initiated and successfully set up a new division for Health and Social Care for a reputable, evolving and successful Recruitment Agency who provided staff in various industry sectors.

After joining the Company as a temporary member of staff, I was given the opportunity to set up a newly required Recruitment & HR Department.I successfully drove and promoted the organisation, continually analysing recruitment results which allowed the Company to lucratively evolve.
