Ms. Rocha has been the Project Manager for dozens of local, state, and federal construction projects. She has recently provided project management services for the following: the Davisville Dredge Project for Quonset Development Corporation, RI; the Baylink Ferry Dredging Project for the City of Vallejo, CA; Harbor West Condominium Capital Improvements project in Seattle, WA; Improvements at the Bel Marin Keys Community Services District in Novato, CA; Levee Improvements in Novato, CA; and Ferry Terminal Access Channel Dredging Project in Alameda, CA. In addition, Ms. Rocha provided management services for the following: the Novato Creek Dredging with upland disposal; North Lagoon Dredging Project with disposal at the Hamilton Dredge Materials Management Site; and Levee Improvements for the Bel Marin Keys Community Services District, Novato, CA. She has assisted with design, preparation of the contract documents and bid solicitation process, hydrographic surveys, quantity calculations, and water quality sampling. Additionally she was responsible for coordination with regulatory agencies throughout the projects. She has established excellent working relationships with regulatory agencies and has been effective in obtaining permits from the US Army Corps of Engineers, Bay Conservation Development Commission, California State Coastal Conservancy, California State Lands Commission, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, US Department of Commerce - NOAA, National Marine Fisheries, US Department of Fish and Wildlife, and local County representatives. Ms. Rocha has extensive experience in providing inspections, detailed cost estimates, project scheduling, design, and construction oversight along with contract administration for CLE. She brings an immense amount of hands on, local knowledge and insight in the permitting, regulatory, and compliance aspects of marine projects, which are critical elements in delivering a successful waterfront project.
