Financial Accountant
Current- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually) according to generally accepted accounting.
- Recording Transactions: Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the accounting system.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights to management for decision-making purposes. This may include variance analysis, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of a ERP system for inventory management.
- Cash flow management: Prepare inventory forecasts, financial models, and budgets with a primary emphasis on optimizing cash flow management.
