Assisted with managing the technology stream for phase one implementing an internal project called amp. amp is a custom built SAP application which provides Fonterra with a platform for business managers to advertise project roles to Fonterra employees. At the same time, it provides the employee an opportunity to work on these projects beyond the scope of their current roles and pursue their interest in other areas of business, enrich their experience at Fonterra and grow in their respective careers.

Responsible for managing the technical delivery of Release 1 of the Website Redevelopment project, implemented on a SharePoint 2017 platform. Working with an Agile framework and Waterfall methodology across a number of work streams including design, content, publishing, pattern library, development, test and production deployment. Release 1 was successfully delivered on 12 May 2017 including Rates, Licensing and Regulation, Environment, Bylaws and Policies.

Responsible for the successful delivery of all project management activities in the Technical stream for Fonterra's new way of working. Including scope, cost and time management, resource and vendor management. Implementing a global foundation for all solutions to be leveraged across Fonterra sites worldwide. Delivered on time, under budget and exceeding business expectations for the next generation of functionality across the following technologies and software: > LAN / WAN data provisioning, switch and wireless implementation> Computer room equipment provisioning and implementation> Information & Print and Copy management, including OCR & Sharepoint> Gallagher building management systems and security integration including swipe card access for multiple solutions, building access, on demand printing/scanning and locker access.> DesignerTech EVA, Visitor Registration solution including multiple languages> Microsoft FindMe Solution to locate colleagues, work settings and meeting rooms.> Audio visual implementation including, Crestron technology with room booking capability; Auditoriums with wrap around video technology; Media/Recording studio; Boardroom; Atrium video wall; Critical Response Room; Visitor experience centre and Demonstration kitchen
