This was inserted into the regional PMO project management methodology.• Designed and conducted a comprehensive consumer engagement experience in relation to the Reginal Haematology and Oncology ePrescribing software project. The key benefits for consumers at the time of go live included consumer empowerment, improved access to information, and provision of care closer to home.• Ensured the consumer impact of the Regional Radiology online booking system was met by working with the project to provide guidance and design a consumer survey.• Harmonised reporting metrics across the Northern Region laboratories to support the consistent data input into Snowflake BI dashboards.

This included training all stakeholders and measuring programme effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:• Business improvement role, designing and implementing change to ensure sustainability for GP practice, improve standards of care, and create the best possible outcomes for customers.• Support Health Providers through Quality Accreditation from the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners. • Collaborated with GP Practices to ensure they met their National Primary Care quality standards i.e. immunisations.• Supported GP Practices with regards to IT systems and operational processes and procedures.Key Achievements:• Rolled out of the ‘Health Care Home’ programme for GP Practices. This programme required a reorganisation of ‘GP Practice’ resources and business processes to improve customer services, make better use of public and private funding, and to re-balance support for customers. • Facilitated the rollout of telehealth, and the onboarding of e-Prescriptions IT systems into Whangarei GP practices during the COVID 19 pandemic.
