 Successfully manages and leads multiple projects initiated by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW), ranging from medium to large scale. Leads project initiatives through the project lifecycle, that support IDHW’s efficient operations of the Idaho Medicaid program utilizing both Agile and Waterfall techniques to ensure projects stayed on.

 Responsible for the management of internal deliverables of marketing and print projects. Work with project team to bring structure, consistency and organization to projects. Set up and manage projects in Basecamp to align with marketing plans.  Assign copywriters and designers to new projects.  Manage department’s project load and ability to take new.
