Responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end process of launching and deploying software products, updates, and enhancements. Coordinate and manage activities across cross functional teams, align business strategies and customer requirements, and ensure smooth and efficient product launches. Using strategic planning and operational coordination, ensure successful product launches with minimal disruptions to the production environment.

Microsoft’s Advanced Cloud Transparency Services Initiative (ACTS) Program: process cases as needed, to include quality review, purchase order, statement of work, invoice, proof of execution, and any other supplemental documentation required. New case submission, milestone change management, and annual program creation. Develop, document and maintain work instructions for management of the program. Ensure all case notes and statuses are correct and up to date. Cross-functional communication between stakeholders, including internal team and with suppliers. Delivered all tasks within SLAs and with accuracy. Participate in meetings as required; lead meetings as needed. Adhere to new guidelines and work instructions as provided by team lead(s).

Manage PO process for End-Customer Investment Funds (ECIF) Program from requester submission to PO creation; including creation of Statement of Work (SOW) documents, collection of signatures, customer letters, and PO submission. In a constantly changing environment, closely adhere to client compliance requirements. Utilization of multiple tools and platforms. Managed ECIF submissions for one of the busiest geographies in the program. Work with little supervision, manage busy email queue and steady stream of submissions; meet challenging end of quarter/year deadlines. Rise to assist other team members and work groups whenever needed.
