I'm passionate about putting people at the center of solving problems with a community.I've been called a mass of contradictions, a label I find highly apt and complimentary. I'm a practical idealist. I tackle issues with curiosity, humor, compassion, and a laser focus on details. I am an experienced project leader with a history of listening first, building trust, and fostering healthy partnerships, using "yes, and" more often than "no, but". My strengths include finding the best in other people, along with the analytical ability and rigor to turn complex problems into achievable successes. I have worked for very small and very large non-profits, large commercial ventures, and as a freelancer; I have a broad perspective that lets me shine as an effective facilitator. My goal is to contribute to the vibrancy of the Pacific Northwest through sustaining healthy lands, waters, forests, and the human communities who live on, work in, and steward both rural and urban landscapes.
