Hr Officer
Current- Database management – improving accessibility/tracking, streamlining processes, fully utilising functions inc workflow, templates, reports etc, and data captures reviews.
- HR metrics – various reports presented to senior management including turnover across functions and roles, reasons for leaving, yeald ratios, retention, employee relations.
- Projects – worked with the Accounts Team to support the linking of the HR and Payroll databases, considering and facilitating relevant data capture and transfer.
- Compliance – responsible for maintaining background check compliance for all employees, ie right to work, DBS checks, nurses registration checks, etc.
- Policy and procedure – reviewing and updating HR policies in line with current legislation, supporting managers to implement correct procedures, updating intranet (SharePoint).
- Employee relations – support to Head of HR, and lead when required on flexible working meetings, probations, appeals, health and wellbeing. Procedural support to line managers.
