The Future Energy Leaders program at WEC was an initiative we conceived to create a resourced forum for younger professionals from across the energy sector to discuss and jointly collaborate on key energy issues. Our team developed the Future Energy Leaders network and initiated Australia’s first young energy professional’s conference, called the Young Energy State of the Nation ([Y] ESON) in 2010.

The Australian Youth Climate Coalition (AYCC) is a coalition of Australia's largest youth organisations and over 50,000 young people from across Australia. Their mission is to build a generation wide movement to solve climate change through bringing about short term political impact and long term cultural change.Acted as an Australian youth delegate at both 2008 Poznan and 2009 Copenhagen UNFCCC Climate Change negotiations. In 2009 I was the team leader (Project Director) for the delegation.
