Working top-to-bottom to develop and execute local thought leadership and eminence initiatives targeting CxO titles in IBM’s core and invest accounts. I led successive local launches of IBM’s Global CxO Studies across A/NZ, including the IBM Global CEO Study (2010), IBM Global CIO Study (2011) and inaugural Chief Marketing Officer Study (2011).

Provided leadership and guidance to the regional teams on demand generation and marketing communications, ensuring a balanced execution mix across direct response advertising, channel enablement, co-marketing, demand generation and relationship marketing. In parallel, working to represent the region's interests to the WW marketing & communications teams to ensure Growth Markets Units were able to adapt approaches to suit local market conditions so that their performance was optimised.
